I’ve been going to this clinic for the past four years and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Kverlake in Issaquah. They’re always super friendly and welcoming, but more importantly they’re always ON IT! whenever I have a concern and I reach out to them via MyChart they are always quick to get back to me, and if something comes up that needs to be addressed sooner than later, they have always been quick and able to accommodate me. Doctor Le and Dr. Akinsanya have always been great doctors that truly hear my concerns and try to address them, but special kudos to their staff! They’re the best! If they say they’re gonna do something, they do it, and they do it quickly. I love that they’re always there if I need them! Definitely recommend them if you live in this area.

The staff are friendly, comforting and concerned about your privacy. I adore Dr.Kauffman, she is professional and passionate about the best care for her patients. Dr.Kauffman is very knowledgeable and addresses all of my medical concerns. I have recommended this practice and will continue to recommend this practice. I have family and friends who come here as well.

I love my dr le he continues to show compassion towards my well being even when at times I become unfocused! I appreciate his honesty & value his time. Thank you OMC for having awesome people

The front desk person was helpful and pleasant. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My wait time was acceptable. Dr Joshi’s nurse was friendly and efficient. My wait time for the doctor was a bit long.

I was very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Tueien Le is an outstanding provider. He's very compassionate about my care. The check-in process and clinical staff was very fast and efficient.

I really enjoy the Overlake Clinic at Issaquah. Not only is it convenient, but their system is connected to all Overlake locations. This makes things easier when seeing new doctors or for medical procedures. Your history is one click away. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors are caring.
